Since 1998, Kelo-cote® Advanced Formula Scar Gel has been clinically proven to reduce the redness, hardness, elevation, itch and pain associated with scars. Marketed and distributed by Advanced Bio-Technologies, Inc. (ABT), Kelo-cote is safe and effective for scars resulting from surgery, trauma or burns.
As Kelo-cote’s products gained recognition over the years, and its market share increased, ABT’s management team began searching for a professional fulfillment company to manage both the product fulfillment and customer service for its line of Kelo-cote gels and sprays.
As part of their due diligence, the ABT team learned about Innovative Fulfillment Solutions (IFS) located in Kansas City, Missouri. With its operation in the heart of the U.S. – making shipping to both coasts faster and more cost effective – IFS seemed a good solution for Kelo-cote.
